We have an internship program that runs throughout the year in areas of editorial, development/outreach, and design. If any of these interest you, please download the specific internship overview and follow the application instructions.

Volunteer opportunities

B-Word and Bitch are always looking for a few good folks to volunteer with us in our Portland office. (We're in the process of developing a nationwide way to get involved, so stay tuned!) We need volunteers to help us with a varying degree of tasks that help us keep running, such as:

1. Office support

2. Hosting a house party to raise funds to support us

3. Website support

4. Auction/event committee for fall 2008 auction in Portland

5. Resource development

If you're interested in working with us as a volunteer we've got an application we'd love for you to fill out so we can figure out the best way to plug you in - you can download it in .pdf or Word format. Don't worry about making it perfect - this isn't a job application!
